Founder of Dive More - The Story of a Young Man in Love with the Sea

Hossam Mohamed Badir Bazid – Founder of Dive More

Hossam began his life like any young man passionate about the Red Sea. He was just a simple diver, exploring the depths and living the thrill of every dive. But deep inside, he had a dream bigger than diving itself: to build an entity that would change the face of diving in Hurghada and offer guests a truly unique experience. From a beginner diver who learned through hard work, to a professional diving instructor passing knowledge to others, and later a technical director in major diving centers — Hossam gained experience in leadership, organization, and responsibility. But his dream did not stop there.
In 2013, he took the biggest step: founding Dive More. The beginning was not easy — limited resources and no real support. Yet, his determination was stronger. Every new guest was a challenge he had to win with a smile, safety, and unforgettable service. Thanks to his vision, Dive More grew from one small center in a single hotel into a network of:

Haitham Hamdy El-Aribi – General Manager

Behind every great success, there is always a partner who completes the picture. Even though his ownership share is small, Haitham’s impact on Dive More has been immense.
He is the administrative and organizational mind who turned a dream into a sustainable reality.
With strong ambition and a love for management, Haitham joined Dive More at a time when it needed strong administration to sustain growth and build a solid foundation for expansion.
From the very first day, he worked with a leader’s spirit to bring real value:
Organizing the management of all four centers into one system.
Implementing financial and operational monitoring systems.
Focusing on training the administrative staff as much as the diving team.
Thanks to his work, Dive More became more than a successful diving center. It became a fully integrated company with a plan, a vision, and long-term sustainability.
Haitham always complements Hossam’s role: one is a technical leader who came from the sea, the other is an administrative leader who sees the bigger picture. Together, they created the formula for success.
Today, Dive More is not just the story of a diver who followed his dream, but also the story of a true partnership built on trust, balance, and a shared love for the Red Sea.

2022

The Peak with Serenity Sahl Hasheesh
Serenity became the crown of our achievements. A luxury resort in the upscale Sahl Hasheesh area. Here we had to upgrade everything: boats, equipment, training, and customer service.
This wasn’t just a new diving center — it became a showcase of 9 years of hard work and dedication. Serenity made Dive More not only present but also a recognized name among the leading diving operators in the Red Sea.

2019

A Bold Step with Labranda Royal Makadi
Labranda Royal Makadi was a new challenge in an area full of strong competition. Here, we had to show that we were not just another diving center, but a truly different experience.
We focused on offering full-day trips, adding various sea activities, and creating a family-like atmosphere for every guest. This success opened doors and earned Dive More the trust of returning clients who now consider us their first choice.

2016

Expansion with Hilton Plaza Hurghada
After three years of hard work, we entered one of the most prestigious hotels in Hurghada. The challenge here was different: high-profile guests, greater expectations, and the pressure to live up to the Hilton brand name.
We proved that Dive More could offer something unique: authentic Egyptian hospitality combined with international professionalism. Hilton was the turning point that made our name recognized among tourists from Europe and Russia.

2013

The Beginning with The Three Corners Sunny Beach Hotel
This was the very first spark. The hotel was relatively far from the city center of Hurghada, which made the challenge even greater: how could we prove ourselves and win the trust of guests in an area not well-known for diving at that time?
With determination, our small team overcame all obstacles. We started with simple equipment and humble resources, and with the first group of guests who joined us and left with smiles, we knew we were on the right track. Sunny Beach will always remain the symbol of our beginnings and family spirit.
